Matt has a Business Management degree from the University of Northern Colorado, Go Bears! In his free time Matt enjoys family time with his wife and two daughters, camping, snowboarding, and fishing.
Andrew Schoepke
Owner
Born in Northern Illinois, Andrew moved to Littleton, Colorado in 1979. As a third generation flooring company principal, Andrew grew up in the flooring and construction business. While not in school, Andrew started as a flooring installer for the region’s largest flooring company. As his knowledge and experience grew he took a role in sales and quickly became the company’s leading sales associate. Andrew has many years of experience with local builders, national builders, as well as general contractors. Andrew enjoys spending his free time with his wife and two kids, snowmobiling, golfing or anything related to the Colorado outdoors.
Patti Thorne
Design Center Coordinator
Originally from Boston, Patti has lived in New York and Los Angeles, finally settling in Colorado 21 years ago. She was focused on raising her 2 sons with husband Kim when she joined the homebuilding industry in 1998. For the past 13 years, she has brought an extensive customer service background to the Builder Design Center assuring clients a unique home personalization experience.
Ann Mann
Design Consultant
Originally from the mid west, Ann has a design degree from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio. Residing in Colorado for the last 27 years she has worked in residential design while raising her 3 daughters with husband Michael. Ann has been in the “Builder Design Center” industry for 9 years managing design appointments for both large production builders and small custom home builders. With extensive product knowledge in a wide range of finishes she concentrates on providing education to home buyers on materials that best suit their needs and budgets.
Dawn Salyards

Originally from the Black Hills of South Dakota, Dawn has an Interior Design Degree from Interior Design Institute of Denver, Colorado. Dawn has resided and worked in Colorado for 24 years, and enjoys spending time with her husband David and daughter Danielle. Her experience ranges from model home merchandising, custom home building, production home design as well as kitchen and bath cabinet design. Dawn’s extensive knowledge in construction and home customization has recently been focused on kitchen and bath design with the goal of providing the homeowner with a beautiful and functional home.
Shelly Selak
Design Consultant
With a background in Interior and Industrial Design from the Cleveland Institute of Art, Shelly was a commercial designer in Chicago and Atlanta before finding her home in the residential design community of Denver. Shelly has worked on both national and local builder accounts and strives to create homes that are unique to each customer and their lifestyle. She enjoys spending time with her husband, seeing live music, and taking advantage of 300+ days of glorious Colorado sunshine.
Jobi Littleton
Design Consultant
Jobi studied Interior Design at Arapahoe Community College in Littleton, Colorado. Her background includes Architectural and Design Control Compliance and Residential Real Estate. Jobi enjoys dining at new restaurants and likes to be creative during her free time. She lives in Denver and thoroughly enjoys the energy of the city.

Carolyn is a Colorado native with over 6 years experience in the interior design and new home building industries. She studied Design & Merchandising at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado. Carolyn’s hobbies include yoga, snowshoeing, snorkeling, hiking and traveling.
Stacey Kerekgyarto-Vierra

Stacey is a Littleton, Colorado native whose foundation has been built upon generation after generation of entrepreneurial businesses in the fields of design and specialty retail.
Stacey acquired her degree in Interior Design through ACC – just a few short blocks away from the family boutique where she put her design talents and love for people to work! She has been in the home building industry since 1997. Aside from her passion in design Stacey spends her leisure time with her husband Daniel cooking, gardening, and enjoying the outdoors with their Newfoundlands!
Wendy Price

Wendy is originally from Northern Utah and began her design career in Northeast Ohio with one of the nation’s leading cabinet manufacturers. She has brought with her an extensive background in cabinetry and loves using her creativity to plan kitchens and baths. In the past, she has been associated with several televised home remodeling programs, published articles and national tradeshows. She loves family time with her husband, son and dog. They’ll jump at any opportunity to enjoy the outdoors.

Originally from Idaho, Mary obtained her Bachelors in Business from Montana State University. She lived in Tucson for several years where she obtained her CPA and worked within the construction industry. She moved to Colorado in 2001 and has worked in the flooring/construction industries most of the years in Colorado. When she is not working you can generally find her floating and fly fishing on a local river with her husband Brian.
Autumn Overton
Operations
Few and far between, Autumn Overton is a Colorado native born and raised in the Denver Metro Area. She still lives and plays in the neighborhood with her husband of 7 years and her beautiful twin daughters, Ashlyn and Kaitlin. Autumn has worked in the metro area’s flooring industry for the last 8 years and has built strong working relationships with nearly all of the area’s largest suppliers and builders. Her “behind the scenes” industry expertise is second to none and she is able to ensure that any project, large or small, runs smooth from start to finish.

Originally from Maryland, Debbie has called Colorado home since 1992. She has over 17 years of experience in the flooring industry, during which time she built strong relationships with the local as well as the national vendors. She enjoys the amazing outdoor activities Colorado offers. Capturing interesting things with her camera is how she relaxes. However, nothing compares to the joy she experiences from spending time with her grandchildren.

Brian Dessauer

Originally from Orlando Florida and a Colorado transplant in 1997. Brian grew up in the flooring industry. From the warehouse and installation, to project management and sales, Brian has all facets of the flooring industry are covered. Brian joined IRG in the spring of 2011 after leaving a position of sales manager at one of the largest flooring wholesalers in Colorado. With turnkey sales and service Brian hopes to help IRG grow in to a regional powerhouse in the industry.
Kerri Runyan
Sales
Kerri is a Colorado native. She has a B.S. in Psychology & a B.S. in Fine Arts, from WSC. She has been in the flooring industry for 19 years, primarily focusing on the commercial segment through sales, negotiating, project management, estimating, and specifying with the A & D community. Several of her commercial projects have received national attention, going on to be published in magazines such as the “Floorcovering Weekly”. In Kerri’s spare time she enjoys photography, music, and the outdoors.
Steve Pratz
Production Manager
Currently resides in Northern Colorado and employed with IRG since it’s inception. Married to wife Heather they have 3 children together. Steve has lived in Colorado a majority of his life, having been born in Oklahoma. He has extensive experience in project management in interior finishes. Outside of construction past experience includes golf course construction/renovation and ERP computer system implementations. Steve brings 10+ years experience in the industry to the IRG Team. His goal is a job done right while meeting a customer’s expectations and budget. Hobbies are golf, camping, fishing, and family.
John Hill

John has 14 years of experience in the flooring industry and 4 years of construction management experience prior to that. All of this is experience has been in the state of Colorado. He has a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, New York. John has worked on residential and commercial projects of all sizes. John is experienced with various types of products and applications for this environment.
Andy Starman

Born and raised in Nebraska, Andy moved to Colorado in 2001 after obtaining a degree in Construction Management from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. Andy has over 10 years of construction experience ranging from project management to building inspections. Andy is married and has a daughter, they enjoy spending time together doing activities in the outdoors.
Eric Parson

Eric moved to Colorado from Utah in 1971 and has been here ever since. Eric has more than 28 years of experience in the flooring industry. Starting as an installer of tile, vinyl, and hardwood, Eric soon moved into flooring operations as a warranty manager. Eric has been in various positions in his 28 years, however, 16 years of his career has been as a Field Manager. In his free time Eric enjoys mountain biking, camping, and photography.
Troy Gallatin
Project Manager
A native of Colorado, Troy has been in the flooring business for over 25 years. He has held a wide range of positions from tile installation, to warehouse operations, to sales and field management. Troy likes the variety the industry provides and the IRG team. In his free time, Troy enjoys fishing and hunting and days at the lake with his family and friends.

Originally from Ohio, Dan moved to Colorado in 1980 and never left. Dan comes to irg with 14 years of experience in the flooring and granite fabrication industry. Dan and his family enjoy fishing, boating, and spending time at their cabin on the lake.

He has been actively involved in various industry organizations and is a CFI Certified Master II installer.
